These terms apply when you use this website or buy the Qualified Leads Pack (and any add-on) from Vishal Sonawane Digital, a business run by Vishal Sonawane from Surat, Gujarat, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
The Qualified Leads Pack is a set of digital files: a guide, ad hooks, WhatsApp scripts, a setup template, a lead scoring tracker, a cheatsheet and a content calendar. It also includes one free 15-minute audit call. Add-ons such as the Weekly Campaign Review Tracker are listed at checkout with their price.
2. Price and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown on the website at the time of purchase.
- Payment is one-time and processed securely by Razorpay. There is no subscription.
- We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect orders already paid.
3. Licence to use
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own business or studio. You may edit the templates and scripts for your own use.
You may not share, resell, give away, upload publicly, or include the files in another product, course or service. Doing so ends your licence.
4. Free 15-minute audit
- One audit per order, booked through the link on your access page.
- Book within 60 days of purchase. You can reschedule once with at least 12 hours' notice.
- The audit is general guidance on your ads and lead process. It is not a done-for-you service.
5. No guarantee of results
The pack shares methods and tools based on our experience. Your results depend on your market, budget, offer, creative, follow-up and many other things outside our control. We do not promise any number of leads, sales, clients or revenue.
6. Meta and other platforms
This product is not part of, made by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Ad platform settings and policies change over time. You are responsible for following the advertising policies of any platform you use.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in the files belongs to Vishal Sonawane Digital unless stated otherwise. Reviews are shared with permission from the people who gave them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
